Sign up for Concession Positions - Spring (Tyndall – Euro/Youth)   The following 24 vacancies need to be filled just to make the concession available to be run by our Teams.  Please review the schedule and select a shift that will work for you. Opening:    Open concession (8:45am – 30 minutes), post volunteer contact list for that weekend and home game schedule, and let volunteers in.  Disarm building, get float out of safe, start coffee brewing, unlock supply room, and general orientation to volunteers.

Closing:     Close concession (3:45pm – 30 minutes), arm building, put float in safe, unplug cooking equipment, lock supply room, and assist volunteers in cleanup and counting cash.  Email purchaser list of inventory needed.

Donuts:      Purchase (2 boxes Saturdays / 1 box Sundays) donuts from Tim Hortons and deliver to Tyndal clubhouse between 9-10am.  Get reimbursed from concession workers out of petty cash.

Weekly Reminder email: 

Send weekly reminder to Teams who are scheduled to staff the concession and to scheduled donut, opening, and closing volunteers.  Create contact list for concession of scheduled volunteers.

Purchaser: Make weekly shopping trip to pick up perishable (buns, cream, etc) and other supplies (pop, hot dogs, candy) as needed and deliver / put away at Clubhouse.

Cleaning:  Cleaning crew to do full clean of concession area in preparation for opening and extended closing (i.e. Christmas break).
