Gordon Head Soccer Association

The clubhouse will be open to spectators / customers from September 14^th through April during practice times running between 6pm and 8pm Monday through Thursday.

Volunteering Duties:

1 hour shifts.  2 families per block (5-6 shifts per family).

6-7pm shift: Unlock the building, disarm the alarm, bring out the merchandise, make coffee/hot chocolate, and collect cash for sales.  You will have a key/alarm code.

7-8pm shift - Lock the building, arm the alarm, put away the merchandise, make coffee/hot chocolate, and collect cash for sales.  You will have an alarm code.

Signing Up:

Sign up for a block of shifts and then split the shifts with the other volunteers who sign up for the same block of shifts based on your availability. 

We cannot coordinate specific shifts for individual volunteers (too many volunteers to be managed individually plus the tracking and management of keys among volunteers).

Please email the Volunteer Coordinator once you have completed your 5 hours so that we can record and request cancellation of your cheques.

Please review the schedule and select a shift that will work for you.

You will receive email confirmation from the Volunteer Coordinator and your first name will be posted on the schedule.
