- Due to the timing of this years Coastal Cup finals, we have changed our scheduling deadlines. As a result, if your team is in the Coastal Cup, we will be able to refund your entry fee if your team makes it to the Coastal Cup
finals, IF you let us know now (or when you register) that you are in the Coastal Cup and that you let us know IMMEDIATELY that your team will be going to the Coastal Cup final (and thus unable to make the GHSA Jamboree).
- The Jamboree is still accepting and welcoming registrations, although if we get to 140 teams we may have to start waitlisting teams if certain pools are full
- We don’t foresee turning any teams away who are already registered, and our ‘Tentative’ status is mostly for administration purposes (you're still registered). Teams who are registered will only be turned away in the event that pools are unable to be formed, and before
this happens we will work with the registered teams to try and find a solution that works for everyone.
All teams play four games. In Competitive and Recreational-A pools with 4 teams, 1st thru 4th placements after 3 games will be used to determine opponents for the last games, with 1st playing 2nd and 3rd playing 4th. Teams in these pools must visit the Tyndall Clubhouse after their 3rd games to find out who and where they are playing.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS YEARS FORMAT
We are in the final planning stages for the 2010 Jamboree and so some of this information may change (but not the dates!)
U11 games will play a Super 8 format (8 vs 8); U12-18 will play full field.
In an effort to provide continual improvement to our Jamboree, we have made some changes to the format
of play for this years event.
Please note that due to dwindling numbers the Boys age groups will be limited to U11-U14 and there will be no Recreational B division
Format for all girls age groups will be Competitive, Recreational A, Recreational B.
Format for all boys age groups will be Competitive, Recreational A.
Competitive - Awards for 1st and 2nd place. For District Select/Metro/PDL/ and strong Gold teams wishing top caliber of play and fields.
Recreational A - Standings will be kept. For typical Lower Island Gold/ and strong Silver teams as an option to Competitive. No select or metro or allstar teams
Recreational B - True Jamboree format. Play for the love of the game and good fun. Open to average silver teams/ bronze and house teams.
Please specify which group (Competitive, Recreational A or Recreational B) you wish to enter in the comments section (at the very bottom) of the Jamboree Registration Form.
We will aim at pools of 4 or 5 (no cross over between divisions).
We will attempt to separate teams that play each other during the regular season play.
- We are asking you to tell us what divisional pool you play in at home. This is especially important for
the mainland teams.
Until the payment deadline of March 28, pools will be formed according to first-registered first-in, with more than one pool per division
if necessary. If there are extra teams not able to fit into a pool, they will be waitlisted. As we finalize the pools after March 28, unpaid
teams in pools will be replaced by paid waitlisted teams. Pools with all teams paid will have the T (Tentative) next to their names
removed, in the Registrant’s Status web page.
Teams that register as a Metro/Select team will be entered into the Competitive division.
Cost for this year:
U11 (Super 8) teams will be $340.00 for Competitive and $290.00 for Recreational teams.
Full field teams (U12-18) will be $490.00 for Competitive and $390.00 for Recreational teams.
Paypal will be on option for making your payment.
ALL participants receive a free drink and hotdog, 4 games, lots of fun and hopefully sunshine.
The format for Competitive and Rec-A will be round robin for points to determine the placement of teams.
We will be awarding a 1st and 2nd place award in the Competitive pool.

We look forward to saying "Welcome" to you and your team. See you in April.
